A Taste of History

Mrs Johnson, from "A Taste of History" is a friend of our school who visits regularly to provide inputs for our thematic work.   She shows what food people ate in the past and what people eat in other parts of the world.   She also shows us how to prepare healthy dishes.   All her lessons begin with practical cooking and input from her and end with a tasting session, which is always popular!

Welcome to all our children, their parents and visitors. Thank you for helping to raise £258 for Macmillan Cancer Support. As always, the Leys Farm Community work so hard for others. Our Harvest Festival is on 6 October. All food donated will go to support Scunthorpe Food Bank and their work to help less fortunate families in our town. Please help us to make our school as Nut Free as possible to support the safety of a pupil with a severe allergy.
