Gardening on 10 March

We had a visit from John Hickling, the gardening expert, who worked with children all day helping to start off our gardening year.   Lots of seeds were planted in our polytunnel and raised beds prepared for the season.   We were grateful for help from parents and grandparents.

Welcome to all our children, their parents and visitors. Thank you for helping to raise £258 for Macmillan Cancer Support. As always, the Leys Farm Community work so hard for others. Our Harvest Festival is on 6 October. All food donated will go to support Scunthorpe Food Bank and their work to help less fortunate families in our town. Please help us to make our school as Nut Free as possible to support the safety of a pupil with a severe allergy.
