Maths

Children are taught mathematical skills and concepts which have relevance for them. Parents are encouraged to reinforce these skills at home through games and set homework.

At present we follow the National Curriculum 2014. This outlines the skills and content of maths teaching.   Please use the link to the National Curriculum documents on the relevant page.

Our main scheme for Mathematics is Abacus but we also use other resources which teachers match to the needs of their children.   Numicon is used for children who need additional support.

Our team have won the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust Young Environmentalist 2017 Award - well done to them! Information about support for families during the holiday is in our News Section. Thank you for helping us to raise £800 at the Summer Fair. Our Buddies are in the Diana Award Roll of Honour 2017. Thank you for donating so much food for the Food Bank - a car full! Such kindness.
