- Make lunch boxes bright and colourful including different tastes and textures.
- Try all sorts of different breads, granary, pitta, bagel, bread sticks.
- Homemade pizzas can be topped with all sorts of goodness e.g. tomato puree, peppers, mushrooms, spring onions, courgettes.
- Soup is great in a small vacuum flask, warm it first.
- Clip tip plastic tubs are good for mixed salads or chopped fruits.
- Make lunch box the night before and keep it in the fridge in an insulated lunch box.
- Cut down on crisps and use low fat varieties.
- Go easy on spreads and mayonnaise.
