One Stop Competition

Our Year 3 and 4 classes entered a competition organised by our local One Stop Shop.   They were asked to design what they thought a local convenience store should be like.   The area manager and staff from the shop (on Eton Court) came to present the prizes.   Liam was delighted with his prize of Lego sets and some Haribos.

We showed the visitors round our school and they generously offered to support us in the future.   We are pleased to have established this local community link.

Welcome to all our children, their parents and visitors. Thank you for helping to raise £258 for Macmillan Cancer Support. As always, the Leys Farm Community work so hard for others. Our Harvest Festival is on 6 October. All food donated will go to support Scunthorpe Food Bank and their work to help less fortunate families in our town. Please help us to make our school as Nut Free as possible to support the safety of a pupil with a severe allergy.
