As part of their work about our area in the 1950s and 1960s, Year 6 visited the National Fishing Heritage Centre in Grimsby. Here they are able to see reconstructions of the fishing industry and its people set in the 1950s. They were also able to go on a tour of the "Ross Tiger", a trawler from the period. This visit helped them to not only see what life was like then, but also how much traditional industries have changed.
